I couldn’t wait to play with these fabrics and this is what I came up with….
Basket on Parade – all the colors, the floral background and the really cool plaid reminded me of an Easter basket. Turning each basket sings like a fun parade filled with new hats, new shoes (always got a new pair for Easter) and of course a really pretty new dress!

d or just that winter has moved on for another year – but I love it!
These baskets are soooo easy to make and they are not paper pieced, its just simple cutting and piecing. Using a variety of batiks
for the basket bottom and the handle makes it so colorful.
